Rick Silvestri serves as the CFO of EcoBalance Global. He is a registered CPA and has prior experience working in Accounting and Finance within both the public and private sectors. Rick began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in New York City, initially working in public accounting before transitioning to PWC’s Mergers & Acquisitions group specializing in financial due diligence. More recently, he has been providing his expertise through a fractional CFO firm, providing accounting and finance guidance and services to early-stage start-up companies in multiple industries. Within this role, Rick has worked with the executive teams to automate and scale and has successfully guided companies through multiple funding rounds and exits.

Rick has also served as CFO for a graphite exploration and mining company, based in Brazil, that has recently finalized a deal to become a portfolio company of a leading international mining PE Firm.  He also has prior experience working within the solar and industrial mineral industries.

Rick resides in Littleton, CO with his wife and two children. He holds a Masters and Bachelors of Accounting degree from The Pennsylvania State University, with a minor in International Business.
